This two-part retreat invites helping professionals into a seasonal experience of reflection, grounding, and renewal — honoring both the natural rhythms of the earth and the internal rhythms of a life in service.
The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance between light and dark, rest and action, dormancy and growth. In a profession that often prioritizes productivity over presence, this retreat offers a restorative pause to listen, reflect, and plant seeds with intention.
Participants will engage in a self-paced Spring Equinox reflection and meditation experience (March 20–22), followed by a half-day in-person mini retreat at Moonstone Counseling Westlake. Together we will explore themes of growth, timing, patience, and honoring dormant seasons through reflective writing, altar making, sound healing, community connection, planting rituals, and time outdoors.
