Room Reservations

at Moonstone

Welcome to Moonstone! Clinicians can reserve office space here by selecting from our available half-day or full-day rental options. All reservations include comfortable offices, essential KAP supplies, and access to prescribers to support your practice needs.

Please note: We are only accepting reservations from clinicians with established agreements with Moonstone.

Payment does not automatically confirm your reservation. After receiving your payment, we will promptly verify availability and send you a confirmation email. If we're unable to accommodate your requested date(s), we will issue a full refund for any unavailable reservations.

If you are interested in booking more than one recurring full day per week, please email grace@moonstonecounselingcenter.com to discuss options.

Current Rates

Per Diem Rentals (subject to availability)

  • Half-day block: $150 per use

  • Full-day block: $300 per use

Monthly Recurring Rentals (paid monthly in advance; same day each week)

  • Half-day (8 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 8 PM), 1 day/month: $125/month

  • Full-day, 1 day/month: $250/month

  • Half-day weekly (4 days/month): $375/month

  • Full-day weekly (4 days/month): $750/month

Note: Reservations overlapping AM and PM blocks are billed as full-day rentals.

What does a room block include?

  • You will have access to one of our seven beautifully designed offices, each fully decorated to create a welcoming atmosphere that is also KAP friendly!

  • Each office is equipped with:

    Fully Set up KAP Audio: Bluetooth headphones, speaker, splitter, attached Kindle/Spotify Subscription with preloaded playlist

    KAP supplies: Emesis bags, blood pressure cuffs, tissues, notebooks, cups, and ginger chews.

    Mats and Sheets: freshly laundered sheets and blankets, pillows, and a large selection of clean eyemasks.

  • Moonstone has built a strong relationship with two psychiatric practices that can provide medical evaluations, KAP evaluations, and KAP administration. KAP prescribers are in office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
