Are you seeking a supportive, nonjudgmental space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’re carrying? You may be navigating a significant life transition—starting a new school or job, relocating, or adjusting to change—or feeling stuck in familiar relational patterns such as people-pleasing, attachment concerns, communication challenges, or difficulty setting boundaries.

Perhaps you’re feeling disconnected or misunderstood by family or loved ones, especially when differences in values, beliefs, or worldviews have created distance or strain. You might also be living with grief or loss, managing chronic illness, supporting a loved one through caregiving, or facing end-of-life concerns. I work with adults across the lifespan, from emerging adulthood through later life, offering a space where your experience can be met with care and respect.

What would it be like to work with a therapist who moves at your pace and partners with you in clarifying your goals, understanding what matters most, and building coping strategies that feel sustainable and supportive? My work draws from relational, narrative, strengths-based, acceptance and commitment (ACT), existential, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused approaches. My style is warm, realistic, and grounded, with room for curiosity, reflection, and humor along the way.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and spent six years as a medical social worker supporting individuals and families through complex and tender moments. Outside of Moonstone, I enjoy walking my rescue dogs, listening to podcasts, reading, and taking Spanish classes. Clients often share that sessions with me feel supportive and steady—collaborative conversations where you can show up as you are and don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.

If this feels aligned, I invite you to reach out and explore whether working together might be a good fit.
