Tolerating Uncertainty Together

An OCD Support Group for Adults

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder can be an isolating experience. Many people living with OCD carry invisible cycles of intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and compulsions that others may not fully understand. This therapist-led support group offers a space where members can connect with others who truly understand, while learning evidence-based skills to interrupt the OCD cycle and build a new relationship with uncertainty.

This group integrates principles from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold-standard treatment for OCD—with the healing power of shared experience. Participants will develop practical tools to tolerate uncertainty, reduce compulsive behaviors, and strengthen their confidence in navigating anxiety without relying on rituals. Equally important, members will experience the relief and validation of being in community with others on a similar path.
