LGBTQ+ Teen Support Group

A virtual support space for connection, affirmation, and growth

Adolescence can be a time of discovery, complexity, and emotional intensity, epecially for LGBTQ+ teens navigating identity, relationships, and the pressures of school and social life. This therapist-led support group offers a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ high school students to connect with peers who share similar experiences.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore identity, build confidence, develop coping skills, and strengthen emotional resilience in a supportive and respectful environment.

This group centers belonging, self-acceptance, and connection, helping teens feel less alone while gaining practical tools to manage stress, navigate challenges, and honor who they are becoming.

This is a closed group, allowing members to build trust, safety, and meaningful connection over the course of the 9-week series.
