Build upon existing supervision training to establish ethical practices and models of supervision.
Identify ethical and safety concerns that arise in supervision and how those concerns may be holding you back from accepting supervisees.
Carly Bassett, LCSW-S
Carly Bassett has been an LCSW-Supervisor for a decade and has supervised more than 30 LMSWs and students. Currently Carly facilitates LCSW-Supervisor Master Consultation Groups and enjoys supporting LCSW-Supervisors so they can provide ethical and creative supervision services in their practices and best support emerging clinical social workers. Carly co-founded Moonstone Counseling Center in 2020 and has worked in a variety of settings including non-profit, private practice, and corporate social work. She finds joy in mentoring other LCSW-Supervisors and clinicians who are new to the field.
