THE ART OF GRIEVING: RITUALS AND EXPRESSIVE ARTS FOR GRIEF
This is a weekly in-person expressive arts grief group. Begins November 6, 2026.
Each session we meet to actively mourn loved ones through movement, creative writing, expressive art activities, and collective sharing and witnessing.
This group meets weekly, crafting and art supplies are provided as well as journals. Participants are expected to maintain group attendance for at least eight weeks. New members may join at any time. This is a mixed loss group, meaning any type of grief is welcome. However, it is important to consult first to make sure this group would be supportive for the unique loss profile of each member.
