Hi, I am Carly and I am always thinking up new ways to connect people and engage in creative processes that enrich our lives.
While listening to the audiobook version of “The Correspondent” this December, the idea for this course came to mind. The idea of a group of Correspondents coming together over a year’s time and committing to the act of intentional letter writing made me giddy with excitement! I am also a fan of Gretchen Rubin and her podcast, Happier. Each year she encourages listeners to make a list of aims for the year…i.e 26 things in 2026.
As I contemplated my 2026 list, I wanted to focus on writing 26 letters. Then, I decided it would be much more interesting to make a course out of it and benefit from the community and connection that will surely transpire.
And here we are…let’s get writing!

This course includes meetings on Zoom once per month to connect around our writing endeavors.
The meetings will serve as a connection point, a place of accountability to the course, and for recommendations for prompts and themes you may want to include in your letters each month.
If you miss a meeting, that is OK. Just try to come to as many as you can.
The first several dates are:

This course requires a monthly investment of $20.26….because we are writing 26 letters in 2026!
The fee supports the structure of the course, the facilitator’s time and resources provided throughout the year. If you cannot afford this rate, please pay what you can.
