You may be doing everything you’re “supposed” to do and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve gotten really good at holding everything together, but you’re tired of feeling like you’re always trying to catch up—with your responsibilities, your emotions, or the expectations you’ve placed on yourself.

Existing in survival mode is exhausting, and it makes staying in touch with your own needs feel nearly impossible. You might be carrying old childhood patterns, navigating the realities of ADHD, or feeling the weight of trauma, grief, and relationship struggles. Maybe vulnerability feels like a risk you aren’t ready for, and uncertainty feels so unsafe that you try to control every detail just to feel steady. You might even understand why you feel this way but still find it incredibly hard to break the cycles that no longer serve you. Whatever brings you here, you do not have to minimize what you are carrying or have it all figured out before you reach out for support.

Therapy can be a place to finally slow down and get curious about what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we can explore the different parts of you that get activated when you feel anxious, lonely, or overwhelmed—as well as what they are trying to protect and what they need from you. My hope is that this work helps you develop more clarity and self-trust, creating room for the values and the life you actually want.

I feel honored to sit with you in the gray areas of life, showing up with a presence that is warm, collaborative, and human. My approach is deeply person-centered, often drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and CBT to help you understand your core beliefs and whether they are still serving you. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I am also passionate about supporting those working through trauma and the complex patterns it leaves behind. I work with individuals as young as 11 years old and couples, navigating everything from ADHD and anxiety to identity and life transitions. If you are wondering whether we might be a good fit, I’d be glad to connect for a consultation to talk through what you are looking for in therapy.
