Hello and welcome! I work with adults across the age spectrum, and I have particular experience working with OCD, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, and life transitions. I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ population, particularly those that identify on the aromantic and/or asexual spectrum. Additionally, I enjoy working with clients that are struggling with discernment or determining what their path forward looks like, be it in work, relationships, or future directions.

My therapeutic approach is centered around empathic listening and working to ensure that you have a space where you feel comfortable and confident in sharing your story. Every person is different, and I believe that a tailored and collaborative approach to therapy is important in order to help clients feel as connected to the process and engaged as possible. I draw from person-centered foundations as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness training, and parts work to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with the aim of helping to make meaning and increase understanding of yourself and your life. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, a first-line therapeutic treatment for OCD centered around making lasting change through exposure therapy, reducing compulsive responses, and increasing understanding around your OCD experience.

Outside of the office, I can often be found reading, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and crafting. My goal is to provide a welcoming space for you to feel heard, supported, and understood. Ultimately, I am here to meet you where you are and explore whatever life throws your way, and I look forward to working with you as you discover your path forward.
