Relationships can feel exhausting when you keep having the same conversations, running into the same conflicts, or wondering why certain patterns seem to follow you no matter how hard you try to change them. You may find yourself feeling stuck between wanting closer relationships and feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or disconnected within them. Sometimes you know something needs to change, but figuring out where to begin feels much harder.

Therapy can be a space to slow down and make sense of the patterns, experiences, and relationship dynamics that have shaped how you move through the world. Together, we can explore what feels difficult beneath the surface while building greater clarity, self-understanding, and more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others. My hope is that therapy feels collaborative, authentic, and tailored to who you are rather than like you are trying to fit yourself into someone else’s process.

I’m a relational therapist whose work is informed by psychodynamic therapy, which means I pay attention not only to what is happening now, but also to the deeper experiences and patterns that continue to influence your relationships, sense of self, and emotional world. I enjoy working with individuals exploring identity, boundaries, relationship concerns, and life transitions, as well as couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, trust concerns, and major transitions. I especially enjoy supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, clients in consensual non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and those exploring diverse identities and relationship structures. I am Prepare-Enrich certified for premarital therapy and Kink-Informed certified through the Sexual Health Alliance.

Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy spending time with loved ones (including my Corgi), playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends, and recharging my creative side by playing guitar or creating something with yarn. If you’re curious about working together, I’d love the opportunity to connect and see whether it feels like a good fit.
