There comes a point when you realize that simply getting through each day isn't the same as truly feeling connected to your life. Maybe you're overwhelmed by the constant demands of work and everyday life, struggling in your relationships, grieving a loss, or carrying on relational dynamics that leave you emotionally drained. From the outside, you keep moving forward, but internally you feel disconnected from yourself. You know something needs to change, yet taking that first step feels daunting.
Perhaps you've learned to silence parts of yourself to keep the peace, meet expectations, or simply make it through each day. You may appear capable and put together, while privately questioning your instincts, filtering who you are, or wondering how you lost touch with yourself. It can be exhausting to spend so much energy caring for others while feeling uncertain how to care for yourself.
Therapy offers the opportunity to rebuild that relationship. Together, we'll create space to slow down, understand the emotional patterns that have shaped you, and approach yourself with greater curiosity and compassion instead of shame or criticism. Rather than trying to become someone new, therapy can help you reconnect with the person you've always been beneath self-doubt, expectations, and self-protection. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, authentic, and confident in bringing your full self into every area of your life.
I believe meaningful change happens within the safety of a genuine therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space that feels warm and free of judgment, where you don't have to earn the right to be vulnerable. I bring honesty, compassion, and curiosity to our work together while gently challenging the patterns that may no longer be serving you. I believe in my clients even when they struggle to believe in themselves, and I enjoy helping people recognize strengths they've overlooked while making sense of the experiences that have shaped them. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, identity, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, we'll work collaboratively to help you move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
If this resonates with you, I'd love the opportunity to connect. I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation where we can talk about what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and see if working together feels like the right fit. You don't have to wait until you feel completely ready to begin, only open to the possibility that things can feel different.
