You may be someone who has spent a long time holding things together for others while quietly struggling yourself. Maybe you’re navigating a difficult relationship, a major transition, grief, or patterns that no longer feel sustainable, and you’re tired of feeling like you have to manage it all alone.
Corie approaches therapy as a collaborative and deeply human process. She brings warmth, compassion, and calm curiosity into the room, helping clients feel understood without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Her style is thoughtful and grounded, creating space for clients to explore difficult emotions, better understand themselves, and move toward lasting change at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
Corie has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of mental health settings and has experience supporting clients with relationship and family concerns, trauma, grief and loss, substance use, adjustment difficulties, personality disorders, and major mental health diagnoses. She integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches based on each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
