In Costa Rica, the phrase “Pura Vida” translates literally toPure Life,” but culturally it means far more:

A way of living that prioritizes presence, connection, gratitude, and a slower pace.

For clinicians who spend their days holding space for others, this workshop invites participants to pause, reset, and intentionally design how they want to live, practice, and care for themselves during the summer season.

Through reflective exercises, mindfulness practices, creative exploration, and ethical discussion, participants will explore how intentional living can support clinician wellbeing, professional sustainability, and ethical practice.

This experiential workshop will guide participants in reconnecting with their values, identifying what they want more of in the coming season, and creating simple rituals that support sustainable presence in both life and clinical work.

We hope to see you on May 8! ~Carly & Sonali
