Monthly Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Group

Our Monthly KAP Group provides a supportive, clinician-led space for individuals interested in exploring ketamine-assisted psychotherapy within community. This open-format group allows participants to attend month-to-month as desired—whether you are dropping in for a single experience or engaging each month as part of an ongoing healing process. Marci Jacobs, LPC-S will lead this offering along with Sol Psychiatry and Moonstone Counseling.

What’s Included Each Month

Your monthly registration includes:

✨ Virtual Preparation Session
Guided education, intention-setting, and discussion of what to expect physically and emotionally.

✨ In-Person Dosing Ceremony
A structured therapeutic ketamine dosing experience facilitated by trained clinicians, designed to foster emotional processing, inner awareness, and guided support.

✨ Virtual Integration Session
Group reflection, meaning-making, and application of insights into daily life. Integration is facilitated by experienced KAP clinicians to support ongoing growth.

Eligibility & Requirements

Participation requires:

  • Medical evaluation, clearance, and prescription through Sol Psychiatry

  • Initial clinical assessment with a KAP facilitator to determine readiness and therapeutic fit

This group is ideal for individuals seeking:

  • Emotional relief from depression, anxiety, or burnout

  • Expanded self-awareness and inner processing

  • Supportive therapeutic connection in a group format

  • A structured approach to psychedelic-assisted growth

Participants may come once, periodically, or consistently from month-to-month based on their goals.

    In-person prep session for first prep group, then followed by virtual prep sessions 7-8 pm the Monday prior to dosing.

    Virtual Integration sessions take place the Thursday following dosing from 7-8pm.

  • Facilitated by KAP-trained licensed professionals at Moonstone Counseling and medical oversight by Sol Psychiatry, this group is priced to be accessible and affordable*. The monthly fee ($350) includes a preparation session, IM dosing session, and an integration session. Up to 5 CEUs also included.

    A $200 deposit is due upon registering to secure your spot. This will be applied to the first month session fee. Remaining amount ($150) due Feb 1.

    Fee is charged on the 1st of each month for March, April & May. Medicine/dosing fee is separate and charged by Sol ($75).

    *Average cost for an individual dosing session alone ranges from $500-700, not including prep and integration.

  • This group experience requires a medical evaluation and clearance prior to participation.

    Costs for the medical evaluation will vary based on health insurance coverage.

    Participants who have already participated in KAP at Moonstone are not required for re-evaluation, unless specified by the provider.

  • Marci Jacobs, LPC-S, Maggie Cochran, LCSW-S and Carly Bassett, LCSW-S will facilitate preparation, integration and dosing sessions.

Disclaimer: Moonstone Counseling, PLLC does not prescribe ketamine medication and is not a ketamine clinic. All patients interested in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy will be referred to an outside medical prescriber who will assess their suitability for this treatment. The medical prescriber has the final authority to determine if ketamine is an appropriate treatment option for the patient. Moonstone Counseling provides therapeutic support in conjunction with ketamine treatment, but the decision to prescribe ketamine is made solely by the external medical provider.
