A Dance with Duality
A Private Ketamine Group Experiential
for Retreat Participants
Psychiatric Medical Evaluation, Prescribing and On-site Medical Monitoring by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Many of us leave retreat spaces feeling both inspired and open… aware that something meaningful has begun but not yet fully integrated.
This offering is an opportunity to continue the work.
Following our time together at A Dance with Duality, Moonstone Counseling is offering a small-group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) experience designed specifically for retreat participants who wish to deepen the themes explored during our time in Costa Rica.
This group experience allows participants to work with ketamine in a supported therapeutic setting, while remaining connected to the shared container and relationships that formed during the retreat.
Together we will explore the dance between seemingly opposite experiences — holding complexity, welcoming both/and, and allowing new perspectives to emerge.
Why a Group Experience?
Participating in KAP with others who shared the retreat creates a unique supportive environment. Many participants find that group work:
• Deepens insight through shared reflection
• Strengthens the sense of community formed during retreat
• Supports integration through witnessing and being witnessed
• Allows themes from the retreat to continue unfolding
The group setting often helps participants recognize that personal transformation is both individual and collective.
This is an experiential opportunity and includes a virtual preparation session, an in-person dosing ceremony, and a virtual integration session. This special private offering also includes a group reiki and sound healing experience.
This is an experiential opportunity for connection and healing, but not a substitute for psychotherapy. We strongly recommend engaging with your therapist as you prepare for this experience, and so that you have ongoing support following this group. If you are in need of a counselor, we would be happy to provide some referrals.
