Do past experiences still affect how you feel, relate to others, or see yourself? Are you struggling with relationships, boundaries, identity, or feeling understood—especially as a man or someone within the LGBTQIA+ community?
If any of this resonates, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I specialize in grief and loss, trauma, men’s issues, relationship challenges, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by grief, weighed down by past trauma, navigating complicated relationships, or struggling with self-worth and boundaries. Others are coping with the impact of racial or cultural stress, domestic violence, or experiences that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves or others.
My approach is compassionate and direct. I focus on helping you regulate emotions, deepen self-understanding, and build healthier, more meaningful connections. I offer a trauma-informed and culturally affirming space where your experiences are respected and your identity is honored. You set the pace—we work together in a way that feels safe, grounded, and purposeful.
Whether you’re processing painful experiences or striving to create meaningful change in your life, I’ll meet you where you are with empathy, respect, and practical tools for growth. Counseling is a courageous step. If you’re ready to heal, explore new possibilities, and move toward the life you want, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
