As an African American, male-identified therapist, I bring a trauma-informed lens and a deep commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces for healing. I work with individuals to navigate challenges, regulate emotions, strengthen self-worth, and build healthy relationships with clear boundaries.

I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients—including those impacted by grief, trauma, domestic violence, incarceration, and crisis. These experiences have strengthened my ability to meet people where they are, with empathy and skill, no matter how complex their story.

My areas of specialization include grief and loss, trauma, racial and cultural-related stress, domestic violence/abuse, sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, men’s work, and relationship challenges. I believe counseling is a courageous step toward growth, and I would be honored to help you define and reach your goals.
