Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by grief, weighed down by past trauma, navigating complicated relationships, or struggling with self-worth and boundaries. Others are working through the impact of racial or cultural stress, domestic violence, or questions around identity and sexuality.
I specialize in grief and loss, trauma, men’s issues, relationship challenges, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in helping you regulate emotions, strengthen self-understanding, and build healthier connections.
