Claire (she/her) is a therapist who believes deeply in the resilience of the human spirit and the healing power of connection. She supports clients navigating a wide range of challenges—chronic illness, neurodivergence, trauma, grief, and more. She’s especially attuned to the complexities of being human in an often overwhelming world.

Claire’s style is gentle, grounded, and relational. She views therapy as a collaborative space—one built on trust, curiosity, and respect—where clients can explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Many come to her feeling “stuck” or disconnected, and Claire is passionate about helping them move forward with clarity and compassion. She’s continually inspired by the courage and vulnerability clients bring into the room.

Claire holds a Bachelor’s in Youth & Community Studies from UT Austin (2012) and a Master’s with Honors in Professional Counseling from Texas State University (2017). Her background spans school, juvenile justice, community, and private practice settings with children, teens, and adults.

Outside of therapy, Claire enjoys writing music, spending time in nature, and hanging out with her furry sidekick, Jax—a sweet and playful Great Dane/Golden Doodle mix.

She welcomes new clients and would be honored to support you on your journey.
