Austin Training

Spring 2027 (Date TBD) | $895

Join us in Austin, Texas at Moonstone Counseling for three days of in-person training with your faculty. This engaging training will cover the required elements to become an LCSW-Supervisor….but will offer so much more. After the training, the faculty will continue to support the cohort for a period of time in order to offer ongoing consultation for business development and supervision practice launching.

This is an immersive 40-hour training for Texas social workers seeking to become LCSW-Supervisors. Blending self-paced learning with an in-person experience the course moves beyond the fundamentals of rules and requirements to explore supervision as a relational, reflective, and creative practice. Grounded in ethics, supervision theory, trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and decolonizing perspectives, participants will develop practical skills while cultivating their own authentic philosophy of supervision—one rooted in curiosity, connection, accountability, and growth.

Costa Rica Retreat

Summer 2027 (July 5-10) | $2222 (shared), $2555 (private)

This is a one of a kind offering to immerse yourself with a cohort for the full training in an eco-luxury resort in Costa Rica. You will spend 6 days and 5 nights at Salvatierra and enjoy an experiential learning opportunity in both ocean & jungle. This offering is part-training and part-retreat. All meals and resort lodging are included in the fee, as well as shuttle to and from airport. Airfare to Liberia is not included in cost.
